GOVERNORS ISLAND GALA

Governors Island Foundation reached out to us for their 2025 Gala celebrating the park’s 20 year milestone of public access to the island. We approached this by focusing on the concept of access. We created an artful map of New York Harbor with this jewel of an island illustratively surrounded by the ebb and flow of currents—both aquatic and cultural. The bold, creative approach was a welcome departure from the organization’s past galas. Assets were developed for use on an array of print and digital collateral, even a chocolate bar gifted to gala attendees!

Governors Island, off the southern tip of Manhattan, is an award-win­ning park offering breathtaking views and a vibrant open space. The Gov­er­nors Island Foun­da­tion secures phil­an­thropic sup­port to strength­en Gov­er­nors Island as a vibrant resource for all New York­ers.
