CRUNCH TIME, A GALA FOR
THE WRITERS GUILD INITIATIVE
When discussing the concept for Writers Guild Initiative’s (WGI) 2025 Gala “Crunch Time”, words like urgency, uncertainty, and danger kept coming up. In the midst of looming political chaos, we needed to illustrate that the only way to beat back the fear was to take action. We settled on a CRUNCH TIME sign that could act as a beacon even with a storm is brewing in the distance.
A mix of print and digital assets for the WGI website, e-blasts, event presentations, and venue signage are produced for the gala.
WGI makes the art of storytelling accessible to people of all ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds – with special attention to the underserved. The annual Gala features an all star reading of selected shorts by participants from WGI's writing workshops.
